Duties and Functions of Borobudur Authority Agency

Duties:

  • Coordinate, synchronize and facilitate planning, development, construction and control in the Borobudur Tourism Area; and
  • Conduct planning, development, construction, management and control in the Borobudur Tourism Zone authority zone.

Functions:

  • Organizing a Master Plan in the Borobudur Tourism Area
  • Organizing the Development Details Plan and Construction in the Borobudur Tourism Zone authority zone
  • Implementing coordination, synchronization, and facilitation of planning, development, construction and control in the Borobudur Tourism Area
  • Organizing the planning, development, construction, management and control in the authority zone of the Borobudur Tourism area
  • Formulating the operational strategies for developing Borobudur Tourism Area
  • Implementing the central and regional licensing and non-licensing services in the authority zone of the Borobudur Tourism Area
  • Determining the strategic steps in solving problems in implementing the planning, development, management and control of the Borobudur Tourism Area; and
  • Implementing the other tasks related to the development of the Borobudur Tourism Area as determined by the Steering Board.

The Director of Finance, General and Public Communication has the task of carrying out financial matters, human resources, administration, household and equipment, legal advocacy, and public communication.

Functions:

  • implementing the public communication matter; and
  • implementing the other tasks given by the leader

Duties:

The Director of Tourism and Institutional Tourism Industry has the task of coordinating, synchronizing and facilitating the planning, development, construction, control of the Borobudur Tourism Area and the formulation of operational strategies for developing the Borobudur Tourism Area in the Tourism and Institutional Tourism Industry.

Functions:

  • organizing the master plan in the Borobudur Tourism Area;
  • organizing the detailed development and construction plans in the authority zone;
  • implementing the coordination, synchronization, and facilitation of planning, development, construction and control in the Borobudur Tourism Area;
  • organizing the planning, development, construction, management and control in the authority zone;
  • formulating operational strategies for developing the Borobudur Tourism Area;
  • organizing investment promotion in the authority zone, developing management, and tourism business services; and
  • implementing the other tasks given by the leader.

The Director of Tourism Destinations has the task of carrying out coordination, synchronization, and facilitation of planning, development, development, control in the Borobudur Tourism Area and the formulation of operational strategies for developing the Borobudur Tourism Area in the Tourism Destination field.

The Director of Tourism Marketing has the task of formulating the strategy, coordination, synchronization, and facilitation of the development of the Borobudur Tourism Area in the field of Tourism Marketing.

Functions:

  • formulating the regional marketing development strategies;
  • implementing the coordinating, synchronizing and facilitating tourism marketing;
  • implementing the domestic tourism marketing; and implementing the foreign tourism marketing.
